Rather than giving Thatcher a state funeral perhaps we could give one to the Comic duo of Blair and Brown. I'd suggest next week to save us from any further punishment. How about botched devolution, botched reform of the House of Lords, botched legislation on hunting, botched sale of our foriegn reserves at the lowest real price seen in decades, overtaxation, wasting money on unreformed public monstrosities, unrestricted immigration, botched de-privatisation of Railtrack and Northern Rock and now, plummeting house prices, record repossessions, rising unemployment at around 100% above anything seen in Thatcher's days, rising inflation, and rising Company bankruptcies. All from a position of inherited economic strength and all inevitable given Prudence's incompetence.
Thatcher must be laughing her socks off, even if she was pretty ordinary the posturing pair have made her look a true great.
It's all just too good.

| No, what I've shown is how hatred is selective. Some hate Thatcher venomously with apparently little basis to do so and yet none of the same will criticise this government for far worse incompetence and unlike thatcher we don't even get the happy ending.
