Anywhere that is fair to be good to everybody to be able to reach it in half a day, I think.

I have an evil plan.......there is a bike-friendly pub in Talybont-on-Usk in Welsh Wales (The White Hart) that has a bunkhouse - sleeps about 15. Nice little village, with another pub just up the road. Fairly central. Have stayed before with satisfactory results. Hope this works:

 Just off the A40 near Bwlch (Sp?), within easy reach of most. Need to organise parties from N,S & E. etc., but to people of our abilities, this will be child's play (that was meant to be ironic, by the way).

Any takers? When?

We might get a better turnout (or a turnout at all, last year it didn't happen...) if the RV is a bit more accessible to those from the east.

There must be some sort of method whereby we all enter our postcodes and then a triagulation occurs whereby the place the closest to all of us is found!

It depends on what you want from a meet; I think the ideal place for a meet would be Blairgowrie - don't care how far it is there is awesome riding all around.

BUT; we have to be realistic. Is the meeting about meeting people (my ideal for this particular "meet") or about riding?

I still say the population centre of the UK should be the focus, that was statistically there is a good chance its reasonable for the biggest mumber of people!! :D

2 hours or so from where i am.
using motorways.
which i cant. (learner atm)

a mere 3.46 otherwise, apparently.
